Hi, I'm Whitney Buchmann! My leadership in social innovation, roles supporting organizations as they transitioned from startup to growth, and belief in a multi-disciplinary approach to solving complex problems led me to pursue social entrepreneurship through a Global MBA at IE Business School. By applying some of the same philosophies from my career in community organizing, combined with best practices for managing sustainable businesses, we can create the conditions for your organization and its various stakeholders to thrive.

 

Some of the results I'm proudest of include: 

• Passage of state legislation benefiting immigrants;

• Changes to state Medicaid transportation contracts;

• Launching a consumer voices bureau that operates as a social enterprise;

• Integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion values into the culture of an organization;

• Standing up a collective impact initiative to increase food security; and

• Racial justice investment recommendations from the international stakeholders of a community organizing network.
